Day 4: i am so sorry! Reaching out for help

Apologies are in order, I’m sorry for being such a hypocrat and preaching healthy eating to everyone in my life then doing this to myself , I’m sorry for being such a disapointment to ment of you, i’m sorry for poluting my body with this food i have been eating, i’m sorry for not challanging myself these past few days with exersice i’m sorry for indulging too much, i’m sorry for feeling like this, i’m sorry i let days go by without progress, i’m sorry for starting junior year of colleg, my 21st year of life not completely happy with my body.

Some of you tell me i’m hard onmyself, but when i’m not this happens, so please, be hard on me, i need it, want it SO much, help me get there, i’m seriously reaching out. I don’t want to go through another day with burgers and fries, i feel so gross inside out. I’m here for help, it is mostly emotional and you guys get it better than anyone.

    Ok you got that out. Feel better? Now on to the next day. Only YOU can make those healthy choices. You CAN turn this around. We are here pulling for you, we are all in this together. Now quit being sorry and choose your health!

    ONLY YOU can eat healthy and make those choices Now you know it makes you feel better if you eat it so tomorrow eat ALL day healthy write down on PAPER what you ate at the end of the day write down how good you feel. Same with working out. then every morning PULL it out and read it before you start yoeur day… Try it what do you have to loose

    You can do it. It isn’t easy, goodness knows we all know that. But you are the one that has to want to do it. It sounds to me like you have the drive; so do it. We all have faith in you :).

    Hey I wrote a similar blog yesterday. If you feel sick from eating junk, then stop eating it. Dont give yourself permission to order take away or get fast food today. Only healthy fruits, veggies, lean meat etc. Just do it for one day. Drink loads of water. See how good you feel tomorrow.
